This will be achieved by developing a revolutionary search-engine which focuses on linkages between disciplines and institutions/organisations/individuals, employing Bayesian search technology for advanced data analytics. The statistics assist in overcoming the uncertainty factor in relevant scenario predictions and current information analysis and provide a thorough, concise basis of information to manage project development and inform investor decision making.
