With a Doctoral degree in organizational change and over twenty years of experience. Louise contributes to evolve herself. In addition to consulting, lecturing and facilitating large group learning & organisational development processes Louise is a part of an international network that includes the avant garde of leadership and thought exploration.

She has worked extensively in South Africa, the UK, USA, Australia, Singapore and throughout Europe. Dinokeng key-note and workshop
The Dinokeng scenario process developed 3 possible futures for South Africa: Walk Apart, Walk Behind& Walk Together. In this workshop / keynote delegates are challenged to consider the implications of these 3 alternative futures and are called to active citizenship.

Louise brings passion, energy & commitment and an in-depth understanding of the topic. She has dedicated the next 10 years of her life to doing what she can to make the “Walk Together” scenario a reality in South Africa. She also brings an in-depth understanding of how social change happens and have been involved in many large scale change projects around the world.

In August 2009 Louise established ACT4SA (Active Citizens Together for South Africa) – a network of citizens who are committed to making the Walk Together scenario work. Through this network, she has been exploring different ways to bring government, business and civil society together to tackle the significant social challenges that we face in this country.

Why the audience should listen to this topics
South Africa country is at a cross-roads. The three possible futures identified by the Dinokeng scenario team shows the implications of the Walk Behind and Walk Apart scenarios. This is not what any of us have in mind for our country. If we want to have a future in this country, we have no option but to “walk together” (as government, business and civil society)
