Transforming the Face of Health and Wellness

Dr. Lynette Steele is a refreshing voice in the field of health, wellness and personal leadership. She combines the wisdom of ancient traditions with the latest scientific views to create unique healing experiences for people. As an integrative medical practitioner she coaches companies and individuals in unleashing personal energy to help them create balance, health and optimal energy.

Dr. Steele uses an integrative, living systems approach to promote balance within employees who are experiencing high stress levels within their work environment. Her approach supports the notion that there needs to be a shift in organizations from a mechanistic view to a more fluid, organic structure where organizations are viewed as whole systems, and where the role of the individual is paramount in creating a healthy work environment. Her research as part of her doctoral studies addressed stress from an electromagnetic perspective in highly stressed bank employees and supported the fact that shifts on an energetic level can be measured and used to create energetic balance in employees.

Dr. Steele qualified as a medical doctor from the University of Pretoria, South Africa and completed a doctorate degree in Energy Medicine through Holos University, USA. Other qualifications include training in Chinese acupuncture, hypnotherapy, psychoneuroimmunology, art therapy, health and wellness coaching, executive coaching, music and the Nia dance technique. Her work experience includes private and public medical practice, coaching, workshop facilitating, speaking engagements and corporate work.

Disengagement, absenteeism and health care costs increase which can be detrimental to the bottom line. High levels of stress, unhealthy lifestyles chronic disease, addictions and poor work-life balance have a direct impact on the whole organization.
