Ashantewaa is a dynamic life-transformation speaker and facilitator, encouraging people to live with greater purpose, finding their passion, improving their productivity into limitless opportunities and possibilities. Her ‘signature’ presentation entitled “The Engaging Manager” explores the principle of engagement and engaging people in all spheres of work.  Is the skill of engagement something we are born with or is it a learnable skill? This presentation is guaranteed to help her audience become ignited in their own right, to inspire them to develop an effective tool in engaging people.

She also offers a full-day workshop on “The Engaging Manager – the Power of Engagement", including the skills required to build and operate in an effective engaging environment.
